with over three decades of hands-on experience navigating dubai’s active real estate market, our visionary directors Chae, Gary, and Gino created and cultivated Strada – a new approach to selling homes that no one has experienced before.

with boundless enthusiasm, strada initially launched its operations in a cosy 240sq.ft office on sheikh zayed road in february 2022. since that time, we’ve embarked on an incredible journey of rapid expansion, firmly establishing strada as the first name that comes to mind in real estate. in may 2023, we relocated to our beautiful new home, in the heart of dubai hills.
